On December 25, 2020, the first Shenzhen International Light and Shadow Art Season was launched simultaneously in five districts - Futian, Luohu, Nanshan, Yantian and Bao'an - with the lighting ceremony. The event was jointly hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement and the governments of the five districts, with the International Data Group/AiQi Exhibition Co., Ltd. taking on the main role of co-organizer and planner.
